I am looking for a video cover template that I can use in OS 10.2. I am
laying out the design in Photoshop 7 but would like to paste it into a
template if possible. I am referring to the inserts that you can put in
clear plastic cases (i.e. Like Blockbuster rentals).

Dead easy, remove an existing cover, measure it and use Illustrator or Freehand etc., set rulers on and draw a box with indication lines for the folds (outside the actual cover area and then insert your Photoshop art. Print!

Or at least that's the way I have always done my CD and video covers.
