I *have* a .Mac address, and use Mail often--but have found that that's the
account that gets the MOST spam. Indeed, I tried and failed to get Mac to
change my username, as I work from home, and was being reported erroneously
for spamming, because someone else's mail got infected. Since I've used
spamcop for my mail, that at least, has ceased.

I *do* wish Mac had been more helpful with the problem, but they were nearly
apoplectic even that I asked. Sigh.
