I looked on both Panasonic's site and the Apple support page. There was no mention of
an update being necessary, and the information I came across said the camera should
work with the OS I have installed. I have tried the camera on the PC I have at work,
and it works on it. I tried plugging it into various USB ports and it was not
recognized by the iMac. I didn't unplug everything and try it, I will try that if
there is a possibility that it may help. I did not do a clean install so the driver
should already be there as far as I know. Let me know what you think.

Well, since you didn't mention these, I'll start with the possibly
insultingly basic fixes.

Do you have the latest drivers? (Check Panasonic's site. While you're there,
you might want to check if they have a section of documentation for your
camera, it might tell how to get it working under OS 9.)

Have you tried the camera on any other computers?

If you have a lot of other USB stuff, have you tried unplugging everything
but the camera? (And keyboard/mouse, of course!)

When you upgraded your computer, did you do anything drastic like wipe the
hard drive (which would erase the drivers for the camera) or do a clean
install (which would leave the drivers in the old, now inactive, system
folder)?

Fill us in with a little more info, and maybe somebody here will be able to
help you out.
