Hi Chas,

No, actually I am meaning I wanted to boot from an OS9 bootable disk copy. Funny
thing, I can not get the iMac to boot into any OS9 cd and
system 9.1 is what is installed on it, but I have a disk copy Cd of Norton Systemworks
that has both an OS9 and OSX version on it and believe it
or not this iMac WILL boot from it. All the other apps (disk utilities) I want to run
are OS9. SO I am stuck.

So are you saying there is no workaround to the dual monitor/dual output of a iMac?

Thanks for all your help,
Pam
