I have recently been plagued with the error message "Unable to connect to HPAIO TWAIN data source". I receive this message every time I attempt to scan anything into my 17" FP IMac 800 MHz G4 with 1GB SDRAM. This issue arose after I upgraded to OSX 10.3 (I am currently at 10.3.2)
My Printer/Copier/Fax/Scanner is an HP officejet d135. I have contacted the help desk of HP without successful resolution of this issue and turn to you for aid.
Details: The AIO (all in one) is connect to the IMac via USB. Yes it is plugged to both machines securely.
I can scan from the AIO to the HP workplace but cannot send that information/image to any other program
Help! Mickey
