I'd like to upgrade our blueberry to Jaquar. I've recently updated from 9.1 to 9.2. The Imac has 256+ ram and 6 gig harddrive
I'd suggest that, in addition to the firmware update, you're going to want to increase you hard drive storage. Either internally (in which case you'll need to look at any OS X-related partitioning issues that I never really needed to follow), or externally for pretty much everything except, essentially, the OS. Just a cursory look at the OS X and OS 9 System folder and the OS X Library folder indicated almost 3 GB right there.
The speed and reliability improvements would be an additional reason to look into an inexpensive HD upgrade in general.
Cheers, Rich
