I was looking for any file/folder containing "US3" as I was looking through my chaotic collection of music.
When I hear complaints like this, it almost always turns out that the search criteria the user would EXPECT to be there ("name" "contains" and the proper drive checked) is in fact something different, changed from the last time they did a non-standard search. Check your criteria carefully, try it again and let us know the result.
