I have bought and ran Diskwarrior and it says all is well and rebuilt Any ideas ?
Have you posted this problem to the XposFacto technical support forums at OWC? When I was using XposFacto to support OSX on old world Mac's it was the best resource for problems. There is also an unsupported OSX list, and that would be another good place to post your problem.
