Amen to that. Whenever I get 'new Mac lust' and consider springing for a new iMac, iBook or G5, it feels like I'm cheating on my tangerine dream. Don't think I'll ever run to a new processor - 400 MHz is mostly fine, it's the damn graphics card I'd change if I could - but I do want to pluck up the courage to take her apart, put in a bigger drive and clean the inside of the case to bring her up to a showroom sparkle.
