LowendMac.com (the host of these lists) groups eMacs in on their iMac page:
http://lowendmac.com/imacs/index.shtml
And on each eMac profile page, like:
http://lowendmac.com/imacs/emac2.html
there's a bit at the top that says "Got an iMac or an eMac? Join the iMac email list."
So, yes, this is the place to talk eMacs.
A proposed name change from "iMac List" to "iMac/eMac/Any Mac that starts with a vowel and ends with 'Mac' List" was rejected, as the extra bandwidth required to put THAT in the header of every list eMail would have brought the entire internet to a screeching halt.
