Speaking of this update, I've tried downloading it since last night and always get a timeout. Anyone know if Apple's site is hosed?
I downloaded the update using Software Update on two iMac computers yesterday evening with no problems. The update is also available as a standalone installer, from Apples Software site. Both ways of doing it are about the size and therefore would take about the same amount of time, but maybe you should try the other if whatever way you are using now isn't panning out. I guess the Standalone Installer would be a good idea for someone who needs to update several Macs or more. You'd only have to do one download.
