In Entourage, go to Tools menu, select Accounts, and it gives you the option of using an existing email address. Then just enter the incoming and outgoing mailserver (e.g. mail.serviceprovider.com), and you're good to go. It's too easy. I prefer Entourage over Apple's Mail anyday of the week.
