Just upgraded my iMac DV SE Graphite to 10.3.3 with the combo update. Now the window of System Preferences can not be extended downwards and shows only 3 'lines' so that you have to scroll to see the last two 'lines'.
Yep, that's odd.
The window only extends 2/3 down. the monitor surface. There is space enough for the window to show all 5 lines.
In the upper left area of the window where the coloured buttons are -- is the green zoom button showing? (Or is it greyed out?)
