Mirror files: The way that mirror files work, is that when you're done using Organizer on one computer, you will want to select Save Mirror File from the File menu. Organizer will save a mirror of your main data file in the Mirror folder in the Organizer folder. You will want to save that mirror file to a disk that you will transfer the mirror file on. When you're at your second computer, you can simply use the mirror file as a regular data file. Upon return to the first computer, you will need to place the mirror file back into the Mirror folder in the Organizer 4 folder. Then you'll need to launch Organizer (which should open your original data file). Then select "Sync Mirror File" from the File menu. You'll then be asked which mirror file to sync. Choose your mirror file and click Ok. Organizer will sync the mirror file to your original data file. Once the synchronization has been completed, the mirror file will be automatically deleted. Then you will need to create another mirror file when you're finished on the first computer.
