Big G4 disaster - self-created!

My G4 60GB HD is divided into 4 partitions. I decided to do a total
clean-up.
First, all my wanted material was backed-up onto CDs and deleted from
the HD. Next I totally re-loaded OS-X 3 Panther from original discs - it
works perfectly - AFAIK.

BUT? - I cannot restart into OS-9.2 - all I get when trying for OS-9 is a
grey-blue blank screen no matter what start-up procedure I try. I
possibly deleted something essential for OS-9.

I have the original disks for both OS-9 and Panther and would like to
start from scratch, total new partitions, total new OSs - but how?

A possible clue - there are two Appleworl 6 folders in the Trash that
wont empty.

Help?
