You were clicking too fast, essentially a double-click which activates "play". The other way that's better is to highlight the track, then do "Get Info" to bring up the track's editing dialog box. You can also highlight the Album name to edit things that are common to all the tracks, such as title, genre, etc., then do each track, using "next" to get to the next one. Even easier, go to preferences> general, and check "connect to internet when needed" and that will access the CDDB to fill in the track info for you from a central database. That only works with commercial CDs, or copies of commercial CDs. Gerry P.S. - Does anyone know what "Grouping" is used for in the tag info?
