Hi all --

My mom has a G-4 running OS X.2 -- and her browsers have stopped working. It starts to fire up, then gives the ol' "unexpectedly quit" dialog box when trying to start up IE or Safari. When I try to open the Internet in System Preferences, that "unexpectedly quits", too... the Network settings are fine. She's using Roadrunner cable, everything is connected and up to speed.

I rebooted in OS 9 and that works fine. Goes on the Internet and everything.
From there, I redownloaded IE from the Microsoft site, then reinstalled the
app in OS X. No help.

Right now she's fine on the Internet in OS 9, but I can't get it to work in OS X -- any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Eddie
