Finder problem

I seemed to have accidentally removed the current version of the finder. 
 I am using OS 10.3.4 but the finder version is 10.3.1.  I treid to 
reinstall the update as well as reinstalling Panther.  I am back to OS 
10.3.4 but he Finder is still 10.3.1.  Any ideas?
