Tried all the hints, including choosing from the startup panel, but never got it to run. DW would always try and boot up in osx - and would end up just sitting there with a spinning cursor. I had to unplug the blueberry to restart. I was told that it was because the DW detected that it was able to boot up on that machine in osx and it was trying to do that. I even loaded Panther on it... it still did the same thing. Connected to another older mac, loaded DW on the older mac, and still wasnt' able to run it on the blueberry.
I used Disk Aid First instead.

Insert the DW disk and wait for it to mount on the desktop, then open the
startup disk control panel and choose DW from there as your startup disk. If
that doesn't work, the only other route I know of is to start up from an
external hard drive, if you have one.
