On page 25 she writes: [In Track Editor] "You can listen to a note by clicking it with your pointer." (OK, no problem)
"If you Cmd-click a note, your pointer turns into a pencil in the Track Editor." (If I don't have the cursor on a note, it appears as a pencil. When I Cmd-click on a note, it just looks like a cursor)
"The pencil means you're in editing mode. When you select a note, it turns green." It turns green if I click on it without holding down Cmd-, and I can edit without pressing Cmd-.
What gives? Was this changed between the 1.0 version used when the book was written, and the updated 1.1.0 version on my iMac?
Am I being a bit too obsessive (ie I should be satisfied if it works, and to hell with the $35 manual)?
