Any one running Linux on an iMac?. I am having trouble getting Dayton V2.3 to fully install. Also having hard time burning Mandrake 9.1 ISO image to disk. Any body have some experience with Linux?
I've had YellowDog Linux 3.0.1 running on a slot-loading iMac. It installed first time but I never got the sound to work. All in all, I was very impressed with it, although on my machine browsing was slower than on OS X. If you can't, or don't want to, run OS X then YellowDog is a real alternative.
