For a processor it's Sonnet's Harmoni series. The hard drive can be changed easily enough, but it will not recognize anything larger than 128 GB so don't buy a bigger one unless it's cheap enough to ignore the GB not being used. The RAM can be increased to a maximum of 512k. Not much you can do with the video for upgrade.

Lots of information on kit bashing iMac's out there. Just using "iMac upgrades" as Goggle search returns 170,000 entries. <G> Start with the Accelerate your Mac web site as a good place to begin. Keep in mind that is a 66 MHz bus, almost 6 year old machine so you have to always look at spending money on upgrades versus what a faster, newer, used Mac can be purchased for.
