Sam,

Some time back I had solved this kind of a problem by installing a simple freeware FTP server on the Windows machine. Then getting to the shared folder (under the FTP server) is as simple as using Fetch with a shortcut. At present that PC is out-of-service otherwise I could have given the details of the freeware & its setup :-(

Anyway, to my question.
Is there a way to "map" a network drive so that when the mac boots up it will automatically connect to my windows PC?
My wife and I share files (mp3's and pics) and well, it's becoming more and more annoying to reestablish the networked drive just to share folders.

Thanks
Sam
