Please help I am trying to help my daughter setup her new eMac. She is staying with friends whose home is networked (all using PC's), using a wired Linksys cable/DSl router and a Linksys Wirless router.

Cox Cable Broadband,

Enet cable to (OSX 10.3.5) eMac (cable was working on a recently moved PC) can't connect.

The owner of the house knows his PC's, and he plugs them in and it works for him. If I hook up my iBook (OSX 10.3.5) I can get right on with the wired connection. I do not want to screw up his other computers by resetting anything on the router(s)

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am currently searching both the Cox and Linksys sites but they lack a bit in Mac help, as well as emailing the tech support folks at both.

Thanks
Mark R.
