I know this is off topic, but I wanted to give the listers first crack at this stuff.

My 6300 finally bit the dust. It refused to boot, turn on, light up or even power up the on light.... All systems failed.

I tore it down and kept the basic parts that may be reusable.

If anyone needs the following, it can be had for $15 bucks plus shipping.(probably under $10).

1 LC network card (that works!) I believe I even have the drivers disk.
1 Global Village internal modem that works.

If you want the CD ROM drive, I have installed it in an external SCSI enclosure, complete with cables. It can be had for $20 plus shipping. (I have the original box for the case.) It works just fine. I hooked it up to my PowerBase 180 and it functioned perfectly. It is SCSI ID #1 but can be changed.

I'm keeping the memory chips.

I'll leave this open for about 3-4 days, and if no response, they go up on eBay.

I also have a fully working IIci and an extra motherboard that I will part with for $20 plus shipping if anyone is interested. (no monitor)
