Just a stupid comment here: prior to switching to Mac in 2001, the PC two button mouse used to cause terrible cramps in my right hand and especially my right index finger. After years of using a 2 button PC mouse, my right index finger is actually deformed! When I switched to the Mac and it's single button mouse, the pain associated with using a mouse has disappeared and computing is much more comfortable.
So, whether this is a 'spoof' or not, I'll never use a 2 button mouse again.
