I have in the past encountered various plugs retained by use of hot glue gun type glue.
This does have the advantage over superglue in that it can be scraped off and allow removal of the plug from the board if required.

the board without pressing the release tab. The plastic is cracked so it
won't keep a good connection.
I'd like to desolder the broken one and replace it, but all I can find is
that it is made by Foxconn and after hours of searching their web site,
I'm no closer to locating the actual connector.
So maybe one of you know a part number on it, or know what the connector
style is called so I can narrow my search.
