Not quite. There are four USB ports: two on the computer, and two on the keyboard. When the keyboard and mouse are plugged in, two USB ports are still available. Of course, a USB hub can change all that ...
It has no Firewire (AKA iLink, IEEE 1394).
True, although the Sonnet HARMONi upgrade can deal with that *and* give you a 500MHz G3 processor as well!
It runs Macintosh 8.5 and newer...I think it runs Macintosh 8.1 but I do not like 8.1.
The rev. A's could run 8.1, that's correct. A rev. A can even run OS X with some annoying restrictions involving hard drive partitioning (if the drive is larger than 8GB), albeit pretty slowly and with a dead minimum of 128MB RAM (512MB would be better if the machine can handle it).
