Hi again, i haven't been able to turn my itunes files to mp3 for my palm, after all your advice, i have burned them to c.d.'s, using itunes, and toast, when i try to import them as mp3, i cant chose them because they appear, grayish, or goast like, and just cant pick them, this has been a frustrating, angering, annoying, time consuming task, i cant believe its so hard to do this, coming from a company known by its easiness to do things, and itunes being so successful, but i guess this is just for ipod users, or i'm a complete idiot, any new ideas , step by step from some one that has actually done this conversion?????? gracias.
1. Create a playlist in iTunes from your purchased files. Make sure it's less than 80 minutes.
2. Burn them to a audio CD.
3. Set iTunes Preferences to import as mp3.
4. Import them into iTunes as mp3 files.
5. Transfer them over to your Palm.
When you burned the CD originally, they turned into AIFF files.
