From: Art Landrey <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> I was just wanting to place a dealmac link on my .Mac HomePage as indicated at
<http://dealmac.com/mydealmac/linkto/>.
Possible or not?
Thanks again!
Possible, yes. Easy, no.
If you're using one of the .Mac pre-designed templates (and it sounds like you are), then the only way I know to do this would be:
1. Open your page in a web browser.
2. Check on "view source."
3. Copy and paste source into BBEdit or some other text editor (NOT Microsoft Word!!)
4. Add the HTML snippet you need to add in the place they indicate where it should go.
5. Save as HTML.
6. Place the page in your "Sites" folder on your iDisk.
7. Log into your .Mac account via a web browser and point to your "new" homepage.
