I say this respectfully, but I believe that you are incorrect. If you are correct, please identify this "spyware" and let all of us know about it. I have been running G4 PowerMacs then G4 iMacs now G5 iMac since 2001 when I finally gave up on trying to fight with the PC and have yet to EVER have any of the symptoms that so many of my PC using colleagues report.
Since I am on an airport network and have no firewall running, I'd really be interested in this information.
