Sorry for this OT intrusion, but I wanted to post it if anybody else is having a similar problem, this is a "fix".....sort of.
I subscribed to the LEM Swap-list because I have at times been obsessive regarding collecting older Macs and spending literally tons of money in useless upgrades to them. I finally got rid of all my older Macs and now we only have 3 left in the house all manufactured after 2002.
So, the point of my post: I've tried ump-teen times to unsubscribe from the Swaplist via the procedure of posting to the unsubscribe address at the bottom of the posts. None of them get the usual response and I do not get unsubscribed. This seems to be a recurring theme on maclaunch.....they either don't care or are just too busy to care....shows how much they think about us. I've even asked Kyle to help (he has in the past) with no success.
So, my solution....I set up a mail filter to automatically delete ANY email to the swaplist on arrival.....and, it works just fine.
It is unfortunate that I had to resort to that, but it just goes to show where we stand in the 'food chain'.
