Of course, you could set up a mail action that trashes
those 'Warning' mails automatically.  To be more proactive
about it, perhaps even set up an autoreply that sends the
proper response back to the mail server so that it resets
the counter in the same swell foop.

The bounce reply address would get the correct subject line
if I understand right... so that should help keep you from
getting 'terminated'.
