After weeks of my iMac G3 400mHz Indigo hounding me to update to 10.3.6, I did. After the installation was complete, the iMac wouldn't restart in OSX. I had to put a OSX install CD in the drive to switch to 9.2.2 as the startup disk. Now I can only run 9.2.2 and that seems slow and unstable where before 9.2.2 was quick and stable. It has frozen a dozen times, forcing me to turn it off at the power. YIKES :(

Can someone tell me how to remove the updates, or do I need to put the System Restore CD in restore the iMac? I'm not terribly worried about losing information, because I backed up and sync-ed very recently. Has anyone heard of similar problems related to the update in software?

Thanks.
