so, how do i disassemble the flat panel in order to pull the plug for the LED? i assume the LED connects to the main cable loop via a little plug. or is there another way to switch of the LED?
Most folks just put a piece of tape over the light. Cheap simple and leaves the LCD display as manufactured if you want to sell it later.
mmmh, tried this but led still glows out to the side.
there must be a way to open the flat panel! any suggestions?
