I'm trying to upgrade my Bondi and have, so far, replaced the hard
drive, added RAM and tried to install a Harmoni board. I made the
mistake of trying to do too many things at once and when a bad 256M RAM
module messed up the Harmoni installation, I ended up booted into open
firmware. I read from another posting on this site that I could type
"mac-boot" to get back to my OS but that just gives me a blank gray
screen. The paperclip reset gives me a new chime and the machine comes
right back up in open firmware. Any ideas???

So, you are typing "mac-boot" without the quote marks, and then hitting the return key? (Just checking.)

Have you tried resetting PRAM?

After you removed the Harmoni card, but before you got stuck in OF, did you ever have a proper boot into Mac OS?
