If its networking you need to make sure that you have Windows file sharing enabled on the Mac and the PC.
Win: Right click on network neighboorhood or start menu --> control panel --> network properties. Double click on file and printer sharing and make sure it is enabled. Then, its really simple, you right click on what you want to share and share it. Mac: I know that the file sharing for OSX is in the network preferences under system pref, can't remember the exact steps though. I can't get OSX to run on my Bondi 333MHz, keeps crapping out so Ic an't say for sure. Any OS less than OSX will not file share with windows without 3rd party software.
