i would suggest maybe subscribing him to the iMac list so he can ask questions as well.
Somehow, given Bryce's explanation of the gentleman's circumstances and the tendency of some respondents to this list to be condescending to others on the list, I don't think that is a viable suggestion right now. Perhaps down the road a bit things may change enough for it to work.
