No, the Swap List is very much alive, but what Sam didn't advise of is that the List had/has(?) a few scum sucking scammers on it 'causing some heartache to a number of us with their slick tricks, a few have been caught and banned, but as they'd sub'd under a few aliases, the List's subcribe function has been sadly locked 'til they are successfully weeded out by our hardworking Nannies and Mom.
