Here at home, my housemate Karen is the primary Apple Mail user (the
rest of us use Eudora). But she's not very computer saavy... So
sometimes she reports problems to me that need "interpretation", eg:
"Help! I poofed my web thing!". Then there are the tasks that she
does without a show-stopping complaint, just because that's what
works. eg: She commented a while ago that she just has to be
connected to the house LAN to be able to do email. Never occured to
me that Apple Mail doesn't queue outgoing mail like every other mail
client I've ever used!
