Why should Apple? There are already tons of them on the market, and in 
fact, Apple has written OS X to automatically detect and support right 
mouse buttons and scroll wheels. They just refuse to issue the hardware 
itself.

Absolutely. Go check out any Apple dealer or anyplace that sells Apple 
hardware. Or for that matter, just go buy ANY USB two button scroll wheel 
mouse... it need not specificially support Macs. Like I said above, Apple 
write support for them into OS X (at least Panther and later, I'm not 
sure where the support appeared), so you can get any old $5 windows USB 
mouse and use it with your Mac.
