My question is, are there any USB mice available that have the two buttons and scroll wheel that are also Mac-compatible? (Sorry if this question was
already asked and answered. I came in in the middle of this thread.)

All of them are Mac-compatible. OS X is designed to run multi-button mice (up to 99 buttons) out of the box.

Some mice have OS X drivers that allow you to do "extras" like assign actions to specific buttons, but the basic functionality is built right into the OS.

I'm using a two-button, scroll-wheel (which can act as a programmable third button) Logitech wireless mouse on this computer right now. Works great.

Claiming that the Macintosh is inferior to Windows because most people use Windows is like saying that all other restaurants are inferior to McDonald's.
