Beverly,
Have you heard of Freeway Pro and Freeway Express? I learned about
them at the Apple Store in either Dallas or Houston. Freeway is
not even made for PCs.

Personally I have yet to find the web design program I am really
fond of
that is native to OS X, so I am using Classic a lot at home. Also

What about Golive http://www.adobe.com or Dreamweaver http://

Sandvox will be coming soon. http://www.karelia.com/

From what I understand, Adobe bought Macromedia. I'm thinking I read
speculations months ago (you know how those listas are) that Adobe will
probably not continue to support duplicate applications. In other
words, in the long run they will probably either continue to support
DreamWeaver or GoLive, and speculations were that it will probably be
DW. These are thoughts from the Freeway list I'm on as of months ago
when the buyout was announced. It was Adobe buying Macromedia. As far
as Freeway is concerned, it may not be a big dog piece of software,
(it's probably a medium dog) but it is VERY easy to use. The point of
this thread is that if someone is still using OS9 because they are
afraid of venturing into the OS X web-developing world, this might be
right up their alley. I maintain a website, and I have no idea how to
use code, it's that easy. Of course, you can use code with Freeway if
you already know it or want to learn. I use Freeway Express (the
"little dog" version), $99, from SoftPress, at
http://www.softpress.com/en. It's made only for Macs. Also, Vertical
Moon (http://www.verticalmoon.com/) has some neat little apps to give
your website that Flash look here and there. I've purchased
Textosterone so far but haven't used it yet. It's so intuitive that
there's not a manual, but of course, I can't figure it out...
