If I leave my iMac asleep for a while then come back to it, the
cordless mouse takes some time before the cursor will move. Is
this something I have to live with or does it indicate a fault?
Bluetooth or RF Wireless?
If the former, it's normal. OS X takes about twice as long as
Windows XP to recognize a bluetooth device.
If the latter, I donno. :)
i have a (non-bluetooth) mouse, and it takes a few seconds to come
back to life.
im pretty sure its normal for all cordless mice, because it needs
time to realize the computer has turned back on.
