I just read your web page AKA blog. I think that it is interesting
that you hate what makes the operating system more Macintosh like. I
consider the NeXT operating system also known as OS X to be less
friendly because it does not come with and application menu and it has
that horrible task bar also known as the dock.
We agree on the stability of OpenStep X or OS X being much better than
Macintosh. Someday maybe someone will come out with an interface that
runs over Linux or BSD that is friendlier than Windows and its twin
from Apple, OS X, and will make it run on better processors than Intel
can produce and then Apple's new computer sales share will drop even
lower. I will not care if Apple becomes known as just a digital music
player maker because I would switch.
I am considering going Linux with a PowerPC based computer from one of
several computer companies that make them after Apple goes over to the
slow side.
