Mostly Apple requires DVD-RW, not +RW. Dunno why. Try the right disk.
If you're using OS X 10.4, don't forget the DVD updater from a day or
two ago.

The disc could not be used because the disc driver is not

The discs are DVD+RW. I've put a CD-RW in the drive just to confirm
it's not a hardware fault - it reads that ok.
Any ideas?
