Hi there, Sorry, no there isn't. I remember the press cuttings when this occurred. Yes it was a kick in the teeth to the Europeans, but I think Apple tried to appease by charging less. If I remember rightly this particular iMac of yours also came with a standard CD-ROM drive as opposed to a CD/DVD combo or CD-CDRW mix. They pitched it as some sort of budget iMac that would have been good for education too.
Fixing the CD-ROM issue is easy enough with an external drive, but the graphics card I'm afraid you're stuck with.
