I'm having problems printing properly on a 3 5/8" X 6 1/2" envelope.
Despite the fact my laser printer supports this size and having created
an entry for this paper size in the Custom Paper Size option of Page
Setup, the output gets clipped.
Although Apple's Knowledge Base has no reference to problems with
Custom Paper Size, I did find an Internet reference indicating that
there is, indeed, a problem with the Custom Paper Size option in OS X.
Anyone aware of this?
I'm running OS X 10.3.9.
