I'm still receiving emails from iMac, so I presume that I'm still registered, but whenever I try to log on it says the attempt has failed but doesn't explain why. Nor does it seem willing to send me my "forgotten" password.
I've sent two emails to [EMAIL PROTECTED] asking for advice on this, but both have been totally ignored, I've not even had an acknowledgement of receipt.
I want to remain a subscriber, but how can I resolve this irritating logging-on query when the list manager seems to ignore all my requests for help?
