All should work seamlessly, sometimes in OS 9 compatibility shell.
But I suspect that you would gain performance by upgrading VPC.

Installation is very easy; you know how to click, don't you ?

Ease of use is Apple's: my dad (60) installed all himself while never
having seen a computer before...
